Pilates aims to improve the bodies movement by creating balance between strength and flexibility. It also helps improve posture, agility, core strength, breathing, coordination and body awareness. By exercising with focus and concentration in small groups we aim to help you build good movement habits so you can get the most out of your body whatever else you do!

At Bridge4 Health and Fitness in Birstall, Leicestershire we run a range of Pilates classes to suit all levels. All our classes are led by a Chartered Physiotherapist and with small groups (8 max.) you can be sure of close supervision and attention to detail in technique coaching.

You will have a 1-2-1 with a physiotherapist before you start, to ensure you are well versed in the basics before you join a class. Choose a matwork class if you are used to Pilates, if you want to really challenge your Core, try our Core Pilates Circuit. This will challenge the more experienced and is also an excellent training session for recreational athletes.
